The pool has 4 Caisses d’Epargne.
Caisse d’Epargne Normandie is the only bank exclusively covering the whole Normandie Region. It manages total assets of 34.8 billion euros.
Caisse d’Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes (CEAPC) is a regional cooperative bank covering the 9 departments of the Aquitaine and Poitou-Charentes. CEAPC in numbers: 3 administrative sites, 9 business centers, 366 commercial branches and 3 Private Banking areas.
Caisse d’Epargne Loire Centre offers the Centre-Val de Loire region the leading banking institution covering its entire territory. 310.7 million in net banking income, with total assets of more than 17 billion euros in 2018.
Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France is an active player in the economic development of the region. The Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France is strongly involved in its territory and is present alongside decision-makers to support initiatives that fuel the dynamism of the region.

Work performed

Adenfi advised 4 different banks to finance the construction of 8 solar farms that will be built between 2020 and 2022. The method of financing is project finance, Adenfi performed the Business model for the sizing of the debt, calculate interests capitalized during the construction and financial fees from the lenders (arrangement fee and participation fee). Every input from the developer has been audited in a dataroom. Projects have been submitted to a call for tenders in France to have access to a feed-in-tariff. They are located on former polluted soil that are not useful for another sector and are not in competition with natural area.
