Under the supervision and the guarantee of the Parliament, Caisse des Dépôts is independent and autonomous. It supports major projects in all territories in 5 areas: land and development, sustainable development, housing, digital infrastructure and economic development. The SCET subsidiary (Services, Consulting, Expertise and Territories) is a project engineering company supporting communities and their satellites – local public companies or social landlords, in all phases of their projects from idea to realization and management, as the current case of the micro hydroelectric power plant project.
